• PSLP Microfluid Plate Sampler Overview:  A single wellplate is mounted on the low profile (LP) stage.  A fixed dispensing needle assembly is mounted above the PSLP.  In operation, the PSLP moves well plate cells, vials or the wash station to the fixed dispensing needle location.  The command syntax for Windows Hyperterminal, National Instrument's LabView or any other programming language is simple and concise.  Examples: 1home, 1cell 83, 1cell c4, 1wash, 1up, 1down, 1UserDefinedName (30) ...
• The PSLP listens "quietly" on an RS485 daisy chain for properly formatted PSLP commands.  GlobalFIA milliGAT pumps, syringe pumps, valve (s) and temperature controller commands are ignored.   When a valid command has been received and executed, the PSLP acknowledges completion with an "ok".

• Standard:  Wellplate imaging.  The unit can be mounted on Leica or Olympus inverted microscopes (pictured below).  The bottom of the well plate is open for light and optical imaging.
